Perhaps Eli the Bearded <*@eli.users.panix.com> could pass that along to and suggest that he apply the authors name and copyright notice to the headers. I can understand anyone claiming fair use to the image, but should someone attempt to use it commercially (or for-profit), they would be in violation of copyright laws.
