Would you rather clean one keg or 50 bottles? I just checked on the batch in the beer fridge. It has a two inch bright white krausen on it. I can't wait to see how this batch turns out. I was at the home brew store buying some items when the owner brought out 8 pounds of malt extrac that they poored in error and told me to "do something with it". I bought some yeast and came home and took an invatory of hops and mix up a recipe. If this batch works out then It will be the cheapest 5 gallon batch I have ever made.
