This works well, and is probably the most cross-browser solution. However, it still requires the viewer to have the Arial font loaded or mapped. Another approach which should be a bit more system-fonts independent, but requires a more up-to-date browser, would be to use inline styles:
     ... Image Text ...
     
(set font-size and font-family as desired, of course). Alternatively, simply using "Sans-Serif" for the font seems to work OK on my system (it automatically gets remapped as Arial), but I don't know if that is a general solution, or specific to the settings on my system.
