This is macros art right?  I thought that was non-fixed font like
Arial.  <pre> won't fix that.  You haven't got a problem with wrapping
or anything like that.  Your problem is that Firefox is displaying the
art as a fixed font ( like using the <tt> tag) and not using the right
font to keep the drawings lined up.

If I am correct then you should see the second line full of '.'s be
much shorter than the second line and the thrid line using the font
you created those works in.

If you put that on one of your html pages it will show all three lines 
being the same length.
