But as of this point there is no evidence of life on Mars. The presence of hydrogen peroxide is no more a sign of life than dihydro monooxide or even organic chemicals such as complex hydrocarbons. I am all up for finding some silicon or hydrogen based life form but just the presence of those materials doesn't mean that life is there as well. Organic chemistry gives us plenty of lessons that when there is smoke there is no fire. Life is complex.
