Everybody knows about Jave and the proliferation of other tools for
converting raster graphics into ascii art.  I want to know if there's
something that can go the other direction -- and I mean more than a
screen capture.  I want a program that will turn ascii art into
clipart, raster or vector.  Does it exist?
