Niether did I, but they are working out fairly nice. I have drawn a few to help
me as i try to learn them, appling them to how they function is going to take
a little doing. If you are interested i can post what i have done so far. I
tried to make a font from the hieroglyphs with the understanding that it would
take a knowlegde of the egyptian alphabet to use. Then some playing around with 
them to make them look better, order, stacking, it is lacking quite abit however.
Look a few post up under hieroglyphs for the font. It still needs work done to it.
