(ref: my English-Japanese dictionary) I thought he was a Caribbean pirate or so on. He'd happened to meet a tyhoon when he posted. The other pirates could hardly hear his voice because of tyhoon, so he decided to use e-mail to order "lower tye, tie the tree(?)" The ship swong so badly with his keyboard problem, that he posted with wrong address and wrong messages, maybe. KIRARA
