...You were the one who came up with a good idea on another post about possibly
going into an empty folder and starting from there, for what I would like or
going to one similar to it....I didn't realize this. 

...Here is a sample  of the look I would like, IF I were able to create a forum

where I first saw it.  I hope the link comes through. 

I hope  you understand that ALL of this (these newsgroups) is very new and
foreign to me.  

I don't know if you have been a member of AOL.  At AOL there are message boards
a couple to which I belong.  Well, the look of those message boards is the very
look of these newsgroups, except they're more compact and concise.  Well what I
would like to create, is a forum, if possible with this type of look.
