My employer applied for labor certification for me and my colleague. We both have matching expertise and skillset. My colleague's labor is approved and I am still awaiting my labor certification. But my colleague's employment is terminated before he could apply for his I-140. The question is, can I apply my I-140 as we both have same skillset and experience. Any pointers and links will be greatly appreciated. If you have heard of any such cases please inform me. Thanks in advance. Regards D
