yes, or something like "in conclusion she answered..."
but it is impossibile to translate the calembour shown in the ascii drawing.
the last line hints to be completed as "giunti al dunque mi ha risposto picche".
in italian "rispondere picche" is an idiom that means "to answer resolutely no";
but in italian "picche" is also the name of the card suits spades.
