One of the best things a person can do for any scene is accurately
represent it.  

If I told someone to wear their favorite tie dye shirt to the goth
club we will be going to then he is going to be really pissed of find
that I misrepresented the situation.  

If he had clearly and correctly identified ASCII as ASCII and ANSI as
ANSI and not requested an emailed response then this would have ended
a long time ago.  You say that their is little difference between ANSI
and ASCII.  My text editor says differently.  I like some ANSI art.  I 
don't have a problem with it.  But just as Gogan and Van Gogh who
where working together with the same paints and same scenes they are
two different animals with two different ideas and visions.
