I made these Tengwar characters from the Tengwar Character Chart in
Apendix E of The Return of The King. Elvish language in Lord of the
Rings, the writing especially is fascinating to me, so that is why I
made these. The special characters at the bottom are not the best,
they are more complex, and were much harder to replicate. If you have
any use for them, feel free to use them.
