The = makes her lips look fuller - here I used it to emphasize her lower
lip.
I opened her eyes using o but you can do it in several other ways.
I closed her mouth a bit from wipe open and accepting (you perv *g*) to
smiling,
and then I altered her eyebrows to give her an "Awwww what a cute
kitten"-look
There are many combinations you can do with her face ..

By altering the eyebrows you can make her look evil or surprised (helps if
you alter the eyes to match and you can alter her mouth to make her look sad
and depressed.
I even tried altering the eyes to make her look like she was crying but she
looked so sad I felt sorry for her and posted this happy picture instead
