Or you use (in WIndows) the charcter Map (from the Accessories in Start menu) or type ugly Alt+0xxx codes... Or - in Linux - use the Compose key feature. But you should make your outlook express to add MIME headers for your postings, so that everybody arount the world knows that � should be an acute accent and not a Z with upside down ^ on it...
