Somewhere in OE (no, I never used it, and I do not know where) you can configure it so that it uses a fixed width font for iso-latin-2, too. but you must have installed one that contains all characters of iso-latin2. Which one do depends on your Windows version. On most versions, Lucida console and Courier New contain all necessary chars. (On WinME's character map they appear with "(CE)" after their names (for Central+Easten europe)). On Win95 simply try to configure a Polish keyboard to make Windows install the necessary fonts.
