IIRC, this one actually emerged out of a daydream of mine about the band Tenacious D and an argument they could have. I originally thought that it would be a really funny gag to have a voice-over that said "Two seconds later" between two lines of dialogue, mostly because it's so redundant. I like to imagine Jack Black reading Nerd Boy's dialogue in this episode. (He'd add a great deal of cursing of course).
