Yes, very good action here.

Unfortunately, for me, the timing is off.

Suggestion:

Move Fanboy over a little so that his "um" doesn't seem like part of
Nerdboy's words. Add "She's standing right behind you." to the first
frame. Leave the second frame wordless (but retain Fanboy's wonderful
pointing gesture) and Nerdboy's freeze
