Make sure your newsreader and mail client are set to view and send postings
and emails in a monospaced font like Courier.  Likewise, make sure that you
aren't sending messages in HTML (a big no no).  Everyone loves and
appreciates it when you don't send HTML postings or emails.

I see you use WebTV.  Unfortunately I don't know enough about the service to
tell you how to configure whatever newsreaders/mailreaders you are using.
