Requires Win98/ME/XP - in NT and 95 it does not work - I don't know
about Win2k.

In WinME it is enables by default - and because of that lots of macro
programs do not work any longer.

BTW: Even if this option is on, an app can steal you the focus - it
must simply specify that it wants to force that. But apps that do that
w/o reason aren't programmed fine...
