You forgot to mention the ludicrous faked injuries during a match. And that the organized sport seems to pander to violent drunken yobbos esp. in Great Britain, but elsewhere as well. And that there is so much pointless back-and-forth; even an ice hockey match, with similar difficulty of working the object into scoring position, typically has over 20 shots on goal *per side*, with 30 or more for each side not uncommon. In some football matches I've watched, the goalie won't touch the ball for 10-15 minutes at a stretch, possibly longer. And you forgot to mention all the games that end 0-0. Other than that...it's a great game.
