Any Nokia handset will use a proportionally-spaced font by default. I can't remember whether they have a fixed-width option. The Ericsson A1018S also uses proportionally-spaced fonts. I know that Siemens phones, particularly the C35i and the S25 have a fixed-width font by default. Also, the Motorola V.3690 has a fixed-width font.
