Doh - the point I'm driving at is that in order to skate you need /all/ the motor skills of walking plus a small handful of extra stuff! If football were easy, then the tiny handful of the worlds greatest players wouldn't command salaries in excess of 100,000 /week, because there'd be a huge number of them. The problem you seem to have is a fundamental lack of understanding about sport in general - all sports will be played to the limit of the player's capabilities. The more popular the sport, the higher the standard will be because more people will have access and will try it. The world's most popular sport is football. It is therefore most likely to be played to the full limits of human capability. It is therefore not somehow easy.
