I don't think either of the two sports are easy to excel at. Surely, anyone who can walk kan kick a ball and anyone who can skate can shoot a puck, to a degree. The hard part isn't learning either game, it's playing without having to even think about the basics. Both require stamina, concentration, endurance and incredible skill to play at any professional level. This is why both soccer and hockey players get paid ridiculous amounts of money to just change allegiance. This whole argument is silly.
