Plain chocolate isn't bitter enough. I'm talking about extra dark
chocolate, sometimes referred to as "black chocolate". Melts in your
mouth and not in your hand (like that icky sweet milk chocolate).

Besides, chocolate isn't nearly as bitter as beer or ale, some of
which is even -called- bitter. I bet you drink beer. Personally, I
despise the taste of beer. It's WAY too bitter.
