For a determined person it's trivial to disable them and then save, use a different browser, or use a command-line utility that downloads and saves a web page. The reality is that you're not really protecting your work, and you're preventing someone from using the pop-up menu which has other options than save, which annoys people. (Also, not every browser uses the same hot-keys for saving.)
