Why, yes, it is quite easy, too!
(1) Get a tube of super glue.
(2) Put some around each of those keys on your keyboard.
(3) Wait for it to set.
VIOLA! All those keys are disabled! On your keyboard.

Alternative: Pry out the key cover. (Virtual ASCII-ization of a
keyboard with a key spiraling off into space...)

You can undo it, of course, by buying and installing a new keyboard.
