I apologize if some of this is repetition. However, I just received e-mail that the link on my pages to Matthew's FAQ was broken. I went to Andreas Freise's site, copied the FAQ and have now put that FAQ (with a few minor alterations) on my pages. For the moment, I have merely crossed out the links that used to work when Matthew wrote the FAQ.
