It's not smaller than dos, but it is very full featured. Including of course a full tcp-ip stack which dos lacked, and all the other niceties that a modern OS brings with it. It would be an error to claim that it was as small as dos, but it's not much bigger, and it does oh-so much more. (Tom's rootboot rocks!)
