Unlike GIF to ASCII, it uses a 1:1 conversion system, with each letter being 8 pixels in size. The output is best viewed with Terminal font at 5 or 6pts. This is my first public release, so tell me what you think! You can download the program (about 100k) from http://alexy.cjb.net/ and it comes with a couple of sample documents and online help. -Alex
