It amazed me, when I pasted them together, how much they actually sounded like "previously, on..." clips. I mean, all the relevant info is there, in a few lines, and the last line is a really ominous sounding hook that will hopefully prevent the viewers from changing the channel during the opening credits. It actually sounds like a soap opera! I was thrilled at first, but then I realised that it probably means that my writing sucks and that the dialogue sounds forced.
