In Dutch it's "de gulden snede".
A little unnescessary explanation:

"De" means "the" (duh :-))
"Gulden" is old Dutch and means as much as "golden". 
"Snede" stems from the old Dutch word "snit" (there it is again!) and means
"cut" or "to cut".

Danish looks a bit like Dutch as i read it here, i wonder if you can understand
Dutch if you want to.
