They used to use a linux box, but now they're running NetBSD on a 64bit DEC Alpha. Its running beautifully. New members are asked to contribute a dollar now. i assume its a little more secure now too though i haven't queried anybody on it yet. I reckon lifetime membership should be worth the $35 too.
