Great but there is still room for improvement.
I rediddled that into something much (IMO) clearer

I borrowed the Nerdboy character from Joaquims Nerdboy cartoon, and used him to
illustrate the luser.
I made the back of the T-REX smoother and more true to the correct form.
I then removed the extra pair of legs it had .. T-REX's have 2 big thick legs to
support it's weight and 2 little arms with claws.
Then I smoothed the belly of the T-REX.
I altered the mouth to make it smaller and give a stronger apearence of teeth..
in the process i lost the goatee , as it would not bring the drawing closer to a
recognisible T-REX.
Finally changed the eyes

You can do several variations on the eyes that work good:
