You'll find ASCII artists from all walks of life. 
The only common thread that I have ever found is 
they each seem to have too much time on their hands. :-)
Overall, they are a pretty nice group of people, intelligent,
educated, and are artists in other forms, also, such as music, oil
painting, poetry, etc.  
Of course, there are a few exceptions for which there is little
accounting...
