Perhaps this is how the pagefeed-character shows up in your newsreader. Some newsreaders (including mine: Gnus) show everything after a pagefeed-character on a single page. I thought forte agent was one of them. And I thought the ones that do not recognize a pagefeed-character would simply ignore it. If this is wrong, please tell me. I will then refrain from using this character for dramaturgy. > and did you use the tab key in your picture? I tried to get you all > lined up again. [...] Oouch, I don't know. I use a special mode for ascii graphics in my editor/newsreader (Emacs). When I leave this mode, it removes all trailing whitespace. It is quite possible that it inserts tabs instead of some spaces, too. I really hope this does not result in a mess in your newsreader (in mine everything is alright). I would be quite a problem for me not to use this mode. -- utis
