Tried it out myself and discovered an error on my part. You can't just change
one line, there are more changes needed.

function Play()
{
  ms = Delay[No];
  if (go)
  {
    document.f.ta.value = A[No];
    No++;
    if (No >= No_Pics)
      No = 0;
  }

  setTimeout("Play()", ms);
}

That works (I tried it) provided that Delay is an array. The following seems
like the easiest way to do it.

Delay = new Array(2000, 800, 500, 300, 300, 800, 300, 175, 175, 200, 200, 200,
200, 450, 2000, 700, 800, 800, 200, 1000, 500, 200, 300, 200, 200, 200, 200);

Also, I found that for larger animations (e.g. the complete undo log of the
making of a NB strip), the MakeArray() function is very time consuming.
