It's totally free , you already have it (if you use windows 95 or newer) and it works good even in games. You need a imageeditor to paste it into however. I much prefer Irfanview ( http://www.irfanview.com ) It's better than ACDsee , extremely fast and absolutely free for non-commercial use. It's not adware like ACDsee .. no it's REAL freeware. It even have some plugins and effects you don't find in photoshop. ( I really like appling a explosion filter and then appling the median filter - It makes photo's look like paintings. - CJ
