OK Here Goes...
I'm creating an ad-supported shareware program to generate line art and
cool text effects for chat rooms.
Would anyone be interested in submitting some small designs for use in
this program? Examples of what I'm looking for are as follows:

Beginning and endings:
 *~*:._Like This!_.:*~*

Alternate alphabets e.g.(]-[ac|<er)

And cool repetitive text characters (L*I*K*E*T*H*I*S)

The two conditions for use are:

1.It must be standard ascii character set and display correctly on
fixed width fonts on 1 line
2.You have to commit it to public domain.

The money I will make off of the small ads and registrations will be
small compared to the time I already have and will continue to put into
developing it.

If I use your art, I will include your name in a scrolling credits
screen along with your sample with link to homepage, email etc.
(Feel free to enclose your ascii signature. Multi-line ok for this!)

I will also send you a complete copy of the finished product ad-free
and any future versions.

The reason I'm writing this here is because I've seen so much talent in
here and would love to have some of it in this project. I hope I
haven't insulted anyone.

Include the sample, a cool name for the effect,
a statement of commitment to public domain and text you'd like included
in the credits screen. I will respond by email to all submissions.
