IMHO, I don't think sending complaint to Alcyone.com would help, because it seems to me that Tran is part of the gang that owns the website.  Take a look at the
main page (namely http://www.alcyone.com), you will find that they list several people as their 'members'.  I believe that by 'members' they don't mean people
who are subscribed to their web space service (like those members of GeoCities, Tripod, and the like), but instead these are people that are members (as in
employees, or even owners) of this web-design company (or whatever it is) called Alcyone Systems.  Thus it's no use to make complaint.

I guess the best thing you can do, if you find Tran's posts so irritating and unbearable, is to killfile him.  For me, I never find his posts THAT irritating,
but perhaps because I am not sophisticated enough an ASCII-artist having the *honour* to have my ASCII art abused by him. :-) Anyway, just ignore all his posts.
After all, I would rather be forced to withstand posts by fools, trolls, spammers, etc., than having some sort of rules or regulations that govern the Usenet
(not to mention the entire Internet).  I believe in the freedom of speech! :-) 

That said, I actually want to recommend you to go visit this person's page at Alcyone.com: http://www.alcyone.com/oo/ I really like the ideas of it --and it
makes me realize the magical & fascinating uses of the letter "o" !!! ;-)

Just put in my 2 cent worth --don't flame me, I am NOT trying to defend Tran! :-)
