Well dang it... at least the ability to hide my Email address would be nice, and there is at least one binaries group that I watch (usually dead anyways). The other restrictions don't bother me, though. Ah well, guess I'll keep my existing server. Its only problem is that it's got to be the slowest news server in existance - even over a 33.6k dialup off my Commodore 128, my previous ISP's news server was several times faster. Ahh well, small price to pay for cablemodem speed :-) I'm constantly waiting for Pine to finish "formatting scrolltext" or being "[Busy ]" every time the news server is queried (this is an indication to me that it's waiting for the server to reply...what the hell is scrolltext doing in my Email program anyways??
