Even if the screws ARE tight, it'll affect the alignment a bit. Not much, but a bit. And then a bit more and still some.. And in the end your head might be one or more tracks off alignment and this is not good if you want to share your files with someone else. :-) Then you'll have to painstakingly realign the head.. Whoopie. :-P
