That depend on the installed language supports. I.e. Russian is always a
proportional font, because IE/OE does not have both monospaced and
proportional fonts for every language.

And I can't tell OE, that he should use different fonts for different
charsets. The only thing to set is the font for monospaced and proportional
fonts.

Hey, just found something: You CAN say OE to use a standard charset for ALL
posts, regardless of which charset the post has.

(But I will try other newsreaders because OE deletes some messages ALTHOUGH
I said him NOT to do so.)
