Outragous ! .. Women should have the same rights to be topless as men do - It's sexual discrimination ! It IS however illegal to be completely naked on most beaches here , but we still see streakers/nudists on public beaches now and then .. and since it's not really that shocking most people just shake their head and either look away or stare - It hardly ever gets reported ... people just don't care that much about it. > >..
