AFAIK someone who posts off topic should add a small ascii picture to
his article to make it OT again. This is called obAscii.

But if that's not so here in _alt_.ascii-art, it does not matter. In
_de_.alt.rec.ascii-art it is - IIRC - mentioned in the FAQ.
