Just use the + and - keys > on the numberpad. At 20% one can see the image in full width. Hitting > F11 opens the full screen view. In IE you can hold CTRL down and use the mousewheel. It can't shrink the page as much as Opera (and Mozilla if my memmory serves my right) can though.
