Hi,

Finally I have compiled a homepage for the image2ascii competition.
I have modified the rules a little, they are RFCs (request for comment).
Feel free to submit suggestions for corrections or additional rules to
this newsgroup.

If there are no complaints about stage1 I will start that part of the
competition at the 8th of April.

BTW: We still have to find some kind of trophy.
