Have a look at the folder where you unpacked the downloaded ZIP-Archiv.
Are there subfolders named "clipart" and "pattern"? In those subfolders
there should be some files containing cliparts/patterns.
At the moment I have no other idea what might be wrong with your
installation (I have tested it right now and it works fine...).
