Even if this were legal (which it is not) you seem to have no idea what the
postage rate is to send letters to Indonesia, nor do you understand the laws of
the United States Postal Office.  If anyone called them, they'd find out it was
ILLEGAL, further more sending cash in ANY form in the mail is stupid.
