Oh, the age old bane of the ascii-artist's notepad. The curve. ;)

Why don't you post your attempts, so ppl can see what you're getting
right, and make suggestions? 

When I was trying to learn how to do circles, I looked at other ppl's
attempts; I found it to be really useful. :) 

Have a look at the ones on this page, for a start, and tell us how you get on! :-)
